The Paul Hofhaimer days in Radstadt, for years a tip for music lovers, offers 2013 an outstanding program. Old friends and exciting new discoveries bring life to the "Old City in the mountains." Among the musical highlights are Accordone from Naples with his charismatic singer Marco Beasley, the Minetti Quartet, the vocal ensemble Cinquecento, Leonardo de Angelis, the Paganini of the guitar and Private Musicke with the program "Il Labirintho della chitarra". Karl Markus Gauss speaks at the opening of the festival.

Also this year a lot of bikers will participate at the Amadé-Bikemarathon which is the first highlight of the season for bikers. You can choose 2 routes with 114 km (altitude 1.850 m) or 166 km (HM 2.497 m) which are suitable for beginners as well as for experts. The "Radstadt Hiking Bus" from June 7th - October 11th, 2012 takes you every Monday and Thursday to the most interesting starting points for hikings in the nearer surroundence and back. You can choose from numerous variations and combinations, for instance to walk uphill and back by bus (or reverted).
